    Ambassador issue, I need some help


    Hello there, I’m fairly new so please bare with me. I was informed by a staff on Xbox support chat to discuss my issue in hopes I could get some help

    A few years ago before the pandemic I was part of the ambassador program. While on vacation I let my brother use my console. It looks like he cursed at my friend or something since when I got back I was kicked out of the program. My friend told me he didn’t report me but rather the system automatically flagged me and did it’s job. Recently I began to try and see if this can be resolved or amended. Thank you all for your time

    They dont kick you out for being silver. Its a requirement to get in but they give some room on that rule. And OP if you want to help out on the forums head on over to the support forums.
