    Ambassador Impersonator on Xbox?


    I met a person on Xbox Live and she is claiming to be an Xbox ambassador but I have my doubts. How do I tell if she is truthful or pulling my leg? It says in her profile page that she is an XBL Ambassador and XBL Support with two green check marks but I
    am assuming anyone can do that.

    The user is just a Microsoft Impersonator, the XBLPET wouldn't message you via Xbox LIVE.


    Just file a complaint in the field of Text Message, Block Communications and avoid the user.

    On Live itself you can't really tell, but almost anyone can be an ambassador anyway so they may not be lying.

    Impersonating xbox staff is a violation of the rules which she would be doing if she isn't actually xbox support.

    Ambassadors do not work for Microsoft though.

    Best to just report her via your console & if she is impersonating staff then she will be dealt with.

    ambassador or not - if somebody is harassing you, block and report the person and enforcement will take care of the person.

    Only difference is, if he really is in the ambassador program, he will be kicked !
