    Ambassador Help?


    Hello, my name is Alex, and my gamertag is . After many chats with support reps (roughly 5), I was given this email for as the next possible solution to my issue. I'll copy/paste my forum post of my issue below:



    I have a serious concern regarding my ambassadorship, sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum but I feel this is account related so this (to me) seems to be the most appropriate section to report this into. So I used to be an Xbox Ambassador, and
    I believe I was rank 4 (at the least, possibly higher). Well once Xbox changed their policy that you had to be 17 to be an ambassador, my account was rightfully removed from the ambassador program, and that is fine. So after that policy changes, I then proceeded
    to make a support ticket asking that when my account age is 17, would I be able to regain my ambassadorship status in which I was told a firm yes, although this was months ago and I cannot recall the exact conversation. So just recently my account
    turned 17 and I head over to the ambassador website to receive this error: "You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox
    Live Gold Membership
    or an Enforcement action on your account. For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors
    Access Forum
    .
    " Sure enough I was like, well okay, so I head over to the "Ambassadors Access Forum" as instructed and wouldn't you know, I receive the same error as stated above. Now, I do currently have Xbox Live Gold, so that is not the
    issue, so I decided to make another ticket for support in which I talked to another support person who told me my account is in good standing and I do not have any enforcement actions taken on my account. I have also checked my account's
    record in which I get the following: "Congratulations! You have a perfect record." Now my issue here is that I have been told I could re-apply for my ambassadorship, then upon making the second ticket telling me that my account qualifies for the ambassadorship
    program and I meet all criteria, I was wondering why I am still revoked access from the ambassador website and subforum? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    NOTE: I've also been told to contact the Ambassador Twitter page, in which I was ignored (yes, I DM and tweeted at the correct page). I've also been given an e-mail in which I was also ignored, so please do not reply with those two as possible
    resolutions.

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    You'd still want to contact Ambassador staff through a Live message as bowski stated. If you've not gotten anywhere through XboxAmbassadors, try messing Mister Sconnie

    Changing the age of your account nor changing the email of your account will affect your account age fyi

    It goes based on your age when you set up your account

    Ambassador Help?

    I mean, I'm still 18 regardless so it doesn't really matter. It's not even about the age of the account, it's about I literally cannot even apply again even though my account meets all of the qualifications.

    Once you're accepted and it's been 48 hours you should be getting a friend request from the ambassador, if people ask questions you can answer them with that. You can also help peopler on the forums with their problems, if that's the experience you were
    referring to.

    Hi, as you're not showing your ambassador icon just yet it's no point me asking you to check out the ambassador forums.

    Did you receive your acceptance email yet?

    As a rough guide regarding experience help out here on the support forums if you can and on the chat. Once you're able to access the ambassador forum then you will find lots of useful information on there.

    Welcome aboard and I look forward to your contributions here on the forum.

    Hey Kaverian! It takes 3-5 days for your application to process! Have you already been accepted? If you've recently changed your WLID or GT this could be the reason you don't see your forums badge and most likely don't have access to the Ambassador forum.

    Hello,

    I answered your question via the chat program a couple minutes ago. It seems that your profile is indeed on the leaderboards
    here.

    If you've changed your e-mail it could cause an issue like that, you'd need to either PM or wait for one of the forum support agents to reply back to this to check on it for you. You can also alternatively tweet at @XBOXSupport and they might be able to sort
    you out.
