    Ambassador help


    Hello, I am unsure what is currently going on here, but a while back I was actively participating when I could in the ambassador program. Well personal life came about and now that it is all straightened out I go to sign in and it lets me, yet tells me
    that I need to apply. When I go to apply it tells me I am already an ambassador. I would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    The last several times I got help it was an ambassador. To me its no different than being a mod for a forum, except you actually get something in return.

    Ambassador help

    Sometimes, when you're away for some time, the system might not acknowledge that you're still in the program.

    I would try posting in the Ambassador support forums here if you can access them:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx

    You should be able to get help there.

    I can't even get into that page. It tells me that the group can not be found.

    Try sending PM to Miss Ermine or Mister Fizzle. They should be able to get you sorted out.

    Once you're accepted and it's been 48 hours you should be getting a friend request from the ambassador, if people ask questions you can answer them with that. You can also help peopler on the forums with their problems, if that's the experience you were
    referring to.

    Hi, as you're not showing your ambassador icon just yet it's no point me asking you to check out the ambassador forums.

    Did you receive your acceptance email yet?

    As a rough guide regarding experience help out here on the support forums if you can and on the chat. Once you're able to access the ambassador forum then you will find lots of useful information on there.

    Hey Kaverian! It takes 3-5 days for your application to process! Have you already been accepted? If you've recently changed your WLID or GT this could be the reason you don't see your forums badge and most likely don't have access to the Ambassador forum.

    I answered your question via the chat program a couple minutes ago. It seems that your profile is indeed on the leaderboards
    here.

    If you've changed your e-mail it could cause an issue like that, you'd need to either PM or wait for one of the forum support agents to reply back to this to check on it for you. You can also alternatively tweet at @XBOXSupport and they might be able to sort
    you out.
