Discus and support Ambassador Forums and Tenure! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've contacted Xbox Support and They directed me here, I cannot access the Ambassador Forums I get "Group not found" and my XP has gone to 460/350 and...     Ambassador Forums and Tenure!


    I've contacted Xbox Support and They directed me here, I cannot access the Ambassador Forums I get "Group not found" and my XP has gone to 460/350 and my tenure is stuck at 0/14. I can access Ambassabank and help people and also see Loot and Sweepstakes.

    Hopefully someone can help, I also have a reference number from support.

    Ambassador level

    Your level also depends on your tenure as an Ambassador. In the future, please keep Ambassador related questions to the Ambassador forums.

    Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

    Ambassador tenure and live gold tenure are two different things entirely. One is related to your time as an active member of the ambassador community, the other is related to your continuous time as a live gold member.

    The tenure bug was due to be fixed today, but it looks like a new eta for the update is 3/9.

    I recommend a forum private message to one of the mister/miss support staff to gain forum access. Then all issues can be kept o the Ambassador forums!

    @SnaggingHen1 I cannot access that as mentioned above or I would.

    It says "Group not found" which means that I need to have been given access to that forum.

    You can send a PM to Miss Ermine to see what's going on. One reason you may not be able to see the forums is forum badge is missing. Miss Ermine should be able to help sort things out for you.
