Everything works fine until I get to a support chat window it says establishing connection for 5-10 seconds then says Sorry, it looks like we couldn’t validate your Ambassadorship! Please sign out, and then sign back in with your Microsoft Account.
If you’re still unable to use Ambassador Chat after these steps, please make a post in the Ambassadors Support Forum (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/ambassadorchat/f/2590.aspx), and include the following support code: 2e2cdee1-91c1-499c-8bbc-d813829fed01

Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

 

You should post this in Ambassador Support:
