    Ambassador: Changed Gamertag


    Hello; I am am Xbox-LIVE ambassador and I changed my gamertag.

    Now I am unable to access my ambassador profile. There was someone I contacted previously about this when I changed my gamertag long ago, but I can't remember who. If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

    Umm scratch that my profile is updated on the Xbox Live Ambassadors page Ambassador: Changed Gamertag :D I just need an email or pm with a link to the ambassador's forums since my email auto deleted that link several months ago. But other than that I am happy my stuff is up to date.
    I have a lot of tenure, not much xp but I am planning to change that ^^

    Well I did get a message from Live via Xbox Live saying that to answer questions I will need to add an account to my chat does that mean its fixed?

    Hello,

    Once you change your GT it should have transferred. However, I would post within the Ambassador support forums. If you can't get into the Ambassador forums please PM a official support member EX: Mister Fizzle they mostly at that point can restore the system.

    Yes that's correct but I can't actually access the Ambassador section because I changed my gamertag. In the past whenever an Ambassador changed his/her gamertag they needed to inform the Ambassador staff (or by email) so their profile could be updated within
    their system.

    Maybe that's changed now as I haven't been on for a couple of months however, I could be wrong.

    Hey HERO xEGx! I can actually help you out right here, right now. :) I'm going to escalate this to the Ambassador team for you! As a heads up, it can take up to two weeks for the change to reflect. In the meantime you should be able to view your profile
    under your old gamertag. :)
