Ambassador bank help

Hey I'm having trouble with the Ambassador Bank. I click on the person I want to help and it brings me to a different link. My guess the chat link. Anyways it comes up as a blank page with the green bar and all the options at the top but no chat. wondering
if anyone knew how to fix this problem.

there is no pop up blocked msg.

I don't have skype. Is that a problem?

You should probably post about this in the Ambassador Support forums, where staff that are specialized in the program can assist you. There have been problems with the Ambassabank and the XCL site in general the last week or so, so problems like this aren't
all that uncommon right now. In the mean time, you should still be able to take questions via Skype or Outlook.

 

unless it hasn't accepted me as a ambassador yet... but I can see everyone's problems so I don't know...

Which version and do you have Silverlight installed?

 

good question and yes I have Silverlight installed because it wouldn't let me see the peoples questions before I installed it.

It doesn't seem you have the Ambassador symbol on your account, sent a message to one of the Xbox Support staff and they will be able to get this fixed up for you.
