Ambassador Badge?

Hey, I recently joined the Ambassador program and so far everything has been working fine. I've been able to help people via Chat, take quizzes and join Enforcement United. On the XCL homepage it says I'm a level 1 with 50% until next level. However, when
I click on Profile, it says my XP is: 600/350, and if I go to Loot, I've unlocked Ambassador Rank Badges 1-4 (They are white while everything else is black) along with an Avatar item. When I click on Rank 4, it says

Rank Four Forum Badge

This Ambassador badge will appear on Forums.Xbox.com, designating you as an Ambassador to the Xbox Live Community. Wear it with pride!

This item doesn't provide any code.

When I try the Avatar item (in this case a Male Shirt) I get the message:
There was an error with this request. After I click "Claim Loot". I'm not really bothered by it as I would assume it would fix it self over time, but my badge doesn't display on any of my forum posts.

Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

When I needed help with the Ambassador badge, I contacted Miss Ermine and she cleared things up within a day. Maybe you should try messaging her.

Good to see someone missing a badge, the programme must be getting better.

 

We are not all bad Owen ;-)

 

I know that, its the others that ruin it for you.

 

I do what I can to help others here on the forums and on Xbox Live, but get no credit because I don't help others in the "designated areas" which could earn me rewards or level ups. I personally think that they need to expand on the ambassador program and
make it mainstream across all of Xbox Live.

It's not just the badge he was missing, which I didn't miss, there was/is also a problem with claiming loot.

That's why I pointed out that there is a specific forum section for Ambassador issues.

Geek, the last thing this section of forum needs is dozens of ambassadors copying and pasting responses ,just to get XP rewards.

 

Owen, that's not what I'm getting at. It's not about the rewards; it's about helping people. That's why I think the idea of having an app is a great idea!
