    Hello,

    I'm currently wanting to apply for the ambassador program but I'm unable to do this as I get the following message:

    You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement
    action on your account    . For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors Access Forum

    Is there any help on this? I applied for the program but I was able to access the program for a few minutes and then I was removed for some strange reason. I have messaged the Ambassador account on the xbox and also here and I got no response.

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    It's a Ambassador badge to show if an account is a member of the Xbox Ambassador program.

    I can see why support is unable to tell if the account that has taken the code is an Ambassador or not, Ambassadors are only allowed to have one account in the program. If the new account has no info tied to there main account, it can be hard to tell if
    it is actually the Ambassador or not. I hope they are able to rectify this for you, and I hope this doesnt discourage other users from using the Ambassador Chat.

    Your account doesn't show as an ambassador account.

    This would be a matter for the Ambassador forums.

    If you aren't an ambassador, but used to be, you would want to send a message to one of the Mister/Miss Support Agents about the matter.
