Ambassador Account Not Accumulating XP

Hey all, wanted to drop in and post an issue I'm having with my Ambassador account. Despite answering questions from the Ambassabank, my XP remains at 0% while my level states I'm 50% to level 2.

Hoping you can help me out with this

My ambassador account is not being regonized so I cant get xp can someone helo me out with this

ACHIEVEMENTS NOT ACCUMULATING

Fixed my own issue. I started up Ruiner and played for a few minutes before disconnecting my xbox from my wifi. I continued to play Ruiner while offline for a minute or two. I then quit out of Ruiner to the home screen, and started Ruiner back up again
while still offline. After a minute or two of playing Ruiner offline, I paused the game and reconnected my xbox to the internet. The achievements that I had unlocked then popped for me.

Like mentioned posting in the Ambassador support forums is the best thing to do for an issue like this.

I’m very concerned about deleting accounts as I have not idea what will happen to all my children’s xp and any available account balance that they have accumulate with xbox scratch cards.

Microsoft shouldn’t leave me resolving their sign-on issues.

He is not completely banned from the game. He can still play but can't accumulate XP's. Guess I should of been more specific.

They have been having bug issues with the XP. I have talked to the account user xboxambassador one of the lead ambassadors for xbox live and he has stated that the bug was created after the new site came for the ambassadors. They are still working to fix
this. Once the bug has been removed your XP will rise along with the amount of people you helped.
