Ambassador Access after enforcement actions

Hello,

I used to be an Xbox Ambassador and I've always supported the program for as long as I could, but then received a random Communication Ban out of nowhere. The reason why I was banned is unclear and I didn't know I could do a case review during that time
that it was active. This ban caused me to be removed from the ambassador's program. I would like to have this reviewed and to have a chance to get accepted back into the program as I do not believe I should have been banned to begin with. My Xbox Live reputation
has always been good and there was never a reason to be banned.

Please let me know how or if I would be able to get back into the program.

I cant get on the ambassador page

If you've had enforcement action then you would of been removed from the ambassador program which is why you can't access the ambassador page.

You can not be an xbox ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.

 

Question to the Ambassadors.

Can you access the ambassador forum? My guess would be that the enforcement action was long enough ago that you can be an ambassador. I can not say that with any authority, but I think its a pretty good guess.

 

Unfortunately unless the program's requirements are changed in the future, there is no way you can rejoin while you have had an enforcement action on your account.
