    As already stated, since you've had 3 suspension within the past year you are not eligible to sign up at this time.

    As long as there weren't any "bans" I believe that you would be eligible.

    Check https://enforcement.xbox.com if anything shows up in the last 12 months you cant apply until 12months have past

    I'm 22 years old I have 18526 gamerscore and I dont have much information on the inforcement action because I have had some complaints about me in communications before
