    Amazon Video Problem with UHD HDR Movies


    I user Build 10.0.17134.3036 and if i start eg Man in the High Castle on Amazon video i only see grey screen and sound ... video starts after 20 sec but very slow motion .. and sometime amazon video crashes.

    I have a german amazon prime account. It's insider delta build. Anyone here who can reproduce?

    Xbox One S not support 4k UHD?

    I have a Samsung JS9500 TV hooked up to my Xbox One S. All 4k settings are checked off.

    Does Amazon Instant Video do not support 4k UHD HDR? While browsing the movie list none shows UHD. No where on the screen it says 4k and my TV would usually tell me if the content is in HDR.

    I remember seeing the Xbox One S ad showing support for 4k on Amazon Instant video.

    HDR games broken, psychadelic display on xbox one x

    I've been using my new xbox one x for 11 days, playing Call of Duty II on new UHD HDR TV with no problem. This morning, when I started COD, the screen distorted into psychadelic colors like a bad acid trip (I'm told). I confirmed same issue with Halo 3
    and Insects demo, while other non-HDR games and the home screen continue to display without issue. Also confirmed TV is OK by watching UHD HDR movies streamed through Roku/Amazon video.

    Looks like a chip failure/issue, since it was working for over a week, and this morning just started seeing this issue.

    Anyone else have a similar experience?

    Xbox One S HDR issue

    Trying to keep track of all the threads and forums out there about this issue. I've had the same since last October. Vizio P-65 C1 and intermittent black screens when HDR turned on, games and movies. Talked to support for Vizio and Xbox (and Sony for PlayStation
    pro) and tried all their "fixes". Truth finally given today by Vizio Rep in email:

    "Also, to reiterate, HDR10 is supported on the following units and media at this time:

    Samsung UBD-K8500

    Xbox One S (HDR UHD Discs, Amazon Video )

    Phillips BDP7501 (HDR UHD Discs ONLY)"

    So there you have it. No 4K gaming, Netflix, etc. no idea when that will be fixed on both sides. Good luck.

    I have the exact same problem with HDR.

    Moreover, in games, I see no differences with the HDR feature activated or deactivated

    Thats strange because I have exactly same TV and difference With or without HDR is huge and colours are not washed out in games
    Games are fine. It is HDR Video content from Netlfix, Amazon, and Bluray Player that is having the issue.

    Yes im aware of this, but the movie the movies that i was planning on purchasing had an info box which said „this movie is available in 4k UHD HDR etc...“ it just doesn‘t give me the 4k UHD option in the quality settings

    Xbox one S with Panasonic DX780 no HDR

    For me, it's not a "UHD" problem. I get Ultra HD resolution (4k), as well as 10 bit color, but I cannot get the xbox to recognize HDR for gaming or movies. Maybe my TV (LG 55UH8500) doesn't have HDR, but I would think with 10 bit color, and the UHD Deep
    Color setting (on my hdmi 3 input only) that it would work on that input.
