    Amazon video on xbox one and 360?


    Alright my sister has an xbox one and we have an xbox 360 together. Now we downloaded and signed into the amazon video on the xbox one already. Yesterday I tried to do it on the xbox 360 and it wouldn't allow me to. Can you
    not sign into it on two different xbox consoles? I am getting frustrated at it lol. If anyone can help please let me know. I currently have the 360 at my house and my sister has the xbox one at hers so I would really like to use the app on my 360. Any help

    Amazon Instant Video shows error MP2020 on Xbox One S

    When I try and select a video using Amazon Instant Video app on Xbox One, I receive an error message MP2020. I have tried logging in and out of xbox live as well as amazon instant video but still get the message when I select a new video or one on my watchlist.
    I recently sold my Xbox One and bought an Xbox One S and could have sworn this worked earlier, but can't be sure.

    If I go to my Sony XBR television Amazon App, it seems to work fine to play videos. Just trying to play them from Xbox One S displays this message when I choose to WATCH the selection.

    It appears that Amazon does have an app for the Xbox 360 according to the FAQs regarding this question.

    Install the Amazon Instant Video app

    1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
    2. Browse or search for Amazon.
    3. Select Amazon to download the app. Once downloaded, the Amazon Instant Video app automatically starts.
    To start Amazon Instant Video later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select Amazon.

    Xbox One and Amazon Prime Video.

    I checked the list and have done all they have listed. I have reset the router, factory reset the box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Prime video.

    I have spent 5 hours with amazon support and 2 hours with Xbox support. I have an Xbox One and Xbox One X that have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video.

    I can go into Prime Video, select a video, the video will play, I hear the audio but have a black screen.

    I have tried the Xbox on two T.V.s. I tried the Amazon Prime Video on the Xbox 360 and it works.

    Amazon Prime Video is worked up until 10 days ago. And is the only video app not working correctly.

    If you still can't see the app then I would recommend to
    clear the console system cache.
