    Amazon Video not downloading


    Hi, I am currently trying to download Amazon Video to my Xbox One. I am successfully connected to the internet and able to download, stream, and play games. I also have enough storage space to accommodate the app. I have tried to re-download the app multiple
    times by completely uninstalling the app and going back to the store and hitting download. Still the app repeatedly starts the download and then stops shortly after saying the installation stopped for no reason. Please help!

    Downloading Amazon Instant Video App

    I am trying to download the Amazon Instant Video app on to my x-box 360 consol. I keep getting the error message 80150017 which is that this cannot be completed in my region. All account and billing information is set to Germany where we have lived for the
    past 2 years. Can anyone help?

    I'll be downloading this faster than you can say "Bayonetta".

    You can check out "The Legend Of Korra" on XBox Video as well as Amazon Instant Video.

    It appears that Amazon does have an app for the Xbox 360 according to the FAQs regarding this question.

    Install the Amazon Instant Video app

    1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
    2. Browse or search for Amazon.
    3. Select Amazon to download the app. Once downloaded, the Amazon Instant Video app automatically starts.
    To start Amazon Instant Video later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select Amazon.

    If you are referring to Amazon instant video, go to the head to the dashboard/ select Apps tile/ search for Amazon instant video. You should be able to download it from there.

    If you still can't see the app then I would recommend to
    clear the console system cache.

    I'm having a similar problem.

    Went to use Amazon Video last night and it gave me a error code and said it deleted my Amazon app. If I try to redownload it, I get a error code 807b0193. Same thing if I try to download Hulu.

    I can access Amazon video by going to my recently viewed and clicking on it there. Still won't let me download.

    Amazon Prime Video - Issue For MONTHS!!

    The thing is, that the Amazon App is developed by Amazon themselves. Microsoft only offers the store to download the Amazon App from.

    If other video streaming works on your Xbox (e.g. Netflix or whatever other streaming services you might have), and it's related to the Amazon app, you would have to contact Amazon support for that.
