    Amazon Video Issues Since August Update


    I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. Ever since the update I am having issues with Amazon Video. 3 out of 4 times I log-on to watch something all I get is a white rotating circle on a black back ground. This either happens as I log-on or when I
    try and play a video once logged on.

    They only way I have found around this is to uninstall the app then reinstall it, it then works first time, until next time.

    I contact Amazon who tell me it is an Xbox One issue and I should contact Microsoft, which I find amazing as I would think they would want it sorted especially as my Amazon prime membership is weeks away from renewal.

    When is Microsoft going to acknowledge that this "new experience" is buggy and needs fixing

    Look at all the posts on tech issues since the update... I myself have had video streaming issues with the Vudu and Amazon Video apps since the update with no solution that works to be found anywhere. Very frustrating and makes me wonder if they truly want
    me as a customer or do I need to switch to a PS4..

    Unable to purchase movies or television shows

    Since the August fourth update I can not make purchases, explore titles, or us any other menu, other then the main. Anyone else having issues?

    Netflix and Notifications

    Same problem here with notifications.

    Also since the last update videos in Netflix and Amazon are really dark, almost too dark to watch. Just the videos, the menu and games are fine.

    Xbox One and Amazon Prime Video.

    My Xbox One has stopped streaming the video the video portion of Amazon Prime Video. I have worked thru all the the trouble shooting on the xbox and amazon lists.

    So far the only official answer I've seen is that they are aware of the issue and looking into it. Been having the same problem since the August summer update.
