Amazon Video doesn‘t work

I downloaded the Amazon Video App on my XBOX One S and it can‘t be opened. There is a error code 0x00073cf0. I tried to reinstall and restart the system several times. I pay for the service so when Amazon offers an App for the XBOX it would be that it works.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

How can I solve it?

Every time I try to open the app it says sorry there's been a problem error: IN0203, anyone know how to fix this?

as I understand you've already performed these steps:

App Won’t Start | Xbox One

Did you also perform a full power cycle? If not, I suggest you to do it:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If all these steps can't solve the issue I think that you should contact the Amazon App official support.

 

Unfortunately none of these steps worked.

The Amazon Support told me that I should contact the Microsoft Support. So I wrote something here.

I have the same problem. Can not install "Amazon Video" or "skyTicket" ; for some reason Netflix is working...but as I have a amazon prime account I would very much like to use it...

Restarting, Reinstalling does not work. I tried on several days. The microsoft support is a joke, you just turn in cycles...

 

Yeah, for me the same on Sky Ticket. Has anyone an idea besides of restarting and the thing with the power cable? Please!

Sorry to hear this is happening. I've actually have ran into a post with the same situation and the fix for it was the following:

• Uninstall the Amazon Prime Video app from your Xbox One.

Afterwards we want to perform a

Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup. Once everything is set up re-download the Amazon Prime app.


Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
