Amazon Video app is worthless, consistent error code: 0x8027025d

I’m having the same problem. I was uploading the Amazon Prime Video app when I received the error code. The Xbox error code help site does not recognize the error.

I'm having a similar problem.

Went to use Amazon Video last night and it gave me a error code and said it deleted my Amazon app. If I try to redownload it, I get a error code 807b0193. Same thing if I try to download Hulu.

I can access Amazon video by going to my recently viewed and clicking on it there. Still won't let me download.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you attempting to install the Amazon App, Amazon Prime Video App or Amazon Music App? Do you see the application in the Microsoft
Store on the console when you search for it manually? Are you getting an error message or error code when you try to download the application? Be sure to let us know the results Carla!

I found out a solution to this problem for me.

I got a new internet service and when I turned my xbox one on I couldn't get into my Amazon Video and kept getting the error code 5266 no matter what I did, I restarted my router & Xbox, deleted the app and re-installed it then I even got my wi-fi hot spot
connected to my xbox and it did work to get my amazon video working but once I connected it back to my original wifi it went back to the same dreaded error!

So finally I ended up contacting my internet provider and they opened up some of the ports for my connection and once they did that BINGO it works again! Thought i'd share that and hope it helps anyone with this same issue.
