Discus and support Amazon Video App Audio Out of Sync in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Having issues with Amazon App on my Xbox One.     Amazon Video App Audio Out of Sync


    Having issues with Amazon App on my Xbox One. It is the only thing on my Xbox that has Audio Sync problems. I have no issues with games, netflix, TV, youtube ect. Amazon Video App is the only thing on my xbox in which the audio is out of sync. Have latest
    versions and firmware downloaded and have trouble shoot this problem from every angle imaginable. Any one else have this issue, any one able to resolve.

    since updating the amazon app the sound has been out of sync, I never had this problem pre update and Netflix etc work ok its just amazon. Anyone else having this problem or even managed to sort it. Xbox software is up to date and done a hard reset but still
    the same.

    Maybe check your sound settings are correct, do you use any external speakers or soundbars?

    Yes. I have this issue. I contacted online chat and walked through all their suggestions (including power cycle, reinstall Blu-ray player, clear persistent storage, and reset to factory defaults). Their last suggestion is to exchange my Xbox for a new
    one.

    Did you find a resolution for your sync issue? I'm curious what version of the Xbox One you own. I have the Xbox One S Battlefield 1 edition, which is green with a 1 TB hard drive.

    Crack- Are you able to clarify how your console is set up? Is it directly connected to a TV or are you using an Audio-Video receiver?

    Paruchda- Are you also having trouble with the Amazon App or is the issue that you're seeing with the Blu-ray app?

    No I have not, my audio reciever tries to compensate for the audio lag, it does a sort of decent job but the lag is still very noticable. I have the xbox one slim, it happens on my brothers xbox one as well and even when hooked up dorectly to the tv.

    Share Bear - Using audio reciever, have no issues with audio sync on any other app, game or internet when using the console. 99% of all the entertainment I utilize is with my xbox one. It even happens when directly connected to my TV bypassing my reciever.
    My brother and a few of my friends experience this issue as well and only with the amazon video app. I uninstalled and reinstalled app as well resets ect. , and made sure I am running with current firmware. This appears to be an issue all around when i googled
    it.

    Thanks for clarifying, just wanted to make sure that we ruled out a few things. If this is only happening with the Amazon app and you're directly connected to the TV, then it sounds like it's an issue with the app itself. Since that is the case, you'd want
    to reach out to the publisher of the app for more info or to report the bug. Looks like you want to report it to a developer, from what I can tell on their site
