    I switched my region to U.S. rebooted the xbox, found and Installed the app, switched region back to Canada rebooted then logged in to the app. I have no idea if its going to continue to work and / or be updated but its there for now. Amazon Prime Video
    has been in Canada now a year and still no Xbox App in the Canada store. This is getting stupid already.

    You might have to block that from your amazon prime account on the computer, change your password for your account or remove the payment instrument.

    I have the same issue. I talk to customer service. They said it's a known issue. And they're working on it. I need to submit a comment online. Because that's all I can do.
