Amazon prime video

I bought the Xbox one x today, and wanted to download and open the Amazon prime video app. But there is always the problem 0x80073cf0. I deleted and installed this app 3 times or so... But it's always the same error message. Can someone please help me

Amazon instant video

Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

After this hardreset I have to download all my games and apps again ?

have the same problem after getting my xbox one x last week. Saved my apps on an external storage drive and put them back after installing the one x. All is running except the amazon prime video app. Also tried to reinstall and put back the cache (reinstalling
and shut off console) nothing worked till now. No Update for the console (october) no update for the app!

 

I fixed the problem. I solved again all of my app, games on my external storage except Amazon prime. And then you have to reboot your Xbox in the settings. Click on delete everything. So that nothing is more saved on it. Then restart, download the update
and then download prime video again. On my Xbox the prime app is now working !

 

So you restored the box on factory settings an deleted the app with it? After that you have rebuild everything? Lot of work for a little app...

I have exactly the same problem. My Xbox One X console was already up to date. Interestingly, APV initially worked when I bought my One X last week. Any other ideas?

 

Why is there still no solution due this problem then do a factory reset? What kind of support is this?
