Amazon Prime, Netflix and the web aren't working

Discus and support Amazon Prime, Netflix and the web aren't working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I know Xbox live doesn't work, but shouldn't all the other apps be operational still?     Amazon Prime, Netflix and the web aren't working


    I know Xbox live doesn't work, but shouldn't all the other apps be operational still? I can't get anything to play on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video won't load and the web won't open either....

    I have the same exact issue you are having Netflix just started it was working now the only streaming service that works is Amazon prime

    Might be something to do with it, my mate lives in France and cant get Amazon Prime or Netflix to work there as there is some region restriction, but as you can actually use Netflix I cant see it being that. Weird in the extreme.

    Same here. "Check your connection" shows a good connection, all services up however, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO, ShowTime apps all not working.

    You don't need to disconnect netflix to have amazon prime video. What region are you in?
