Amazon Prime app slows wifi

I've been watching using the Amazon app on the Xbox one, anytime we watch, the viewing is fine, but every other device connected to the router slows to a crawl. It's an absolute nightmare.

Where is Amazon Prime app?

Hi,

Am a member of Amazon Prime and Xbox Gold, yet cannot find the Amazon Prime app to download. Specifically subscribed to Xbox Gold just to watch Amazon Prime -now have two memberships paid for and still no app. Any help greatly appreciated -cheers.

It sounds like your router may not be able to handle the type of bandwidth you need with multiple devices while streaming on Amazon Prime. What type of network hardware are you using?

Sorry but as far as i know there is no way to play the videos on Amazon Prime in slow motion.
