Amazon Instant Videos not showing up on 360 Amazon app, anyone else having this problem?!

I purchased a couple of TV show episodes through Amazon and when I went to watch them on the Amazon app only 1 out of the 3 allowed me to watch. The other two are saying that I don't own the video and to go to Amazon.com to purchase. I contacted Amazon and
they didn't have any answers, they took me through the standard solutions like signing out, exiting out of the app, etc. But none worked. They then refunded me and removed the videos and told me that repurchasing would fix the problem, it didn't. They told
me they'd have technical support look into it but couldn't offer me any more help. Now the videos show up as owned and I can watch them if I am viewing on my computer as well as my mom's Roku but I can't watch through on either my Xbox or my brother's so it
seems to be an issue with Xboxs only. I contacted Xbox and they had me delete the app and clear the cache but that didn't work either. I had this problem last week but the usual methods resolved it, but not this time around. I just want to know if anyone else
is having the same problems and if they managed to get a working solution, I'd really like to watch my TV shows.

Amazon Instant Video

Anyone got Amazon Instant Video to work yet? I can get in the app and sign in but trying to play any videos just says "Something went wrong, try again or pick another video. MP1032" Works fine on my 360 and smart TV so Amazon is definitely up and running.

Amazon Instant not showing up for download

I have a gold membership and an Amazon Prime account, but when I go into the store on my Xbox One, and search the app section, the Amazon Instant app is not showing up. I also search the whole store and it is also not showing up at all.

Is the app no longer available? Is it just something wrong with my system?

I'm having the same problem with Amazon. One day it was working fine, and the next day it wasn't. I considered maybe it was the one episode I wanted to watch so I picked another one--previously played videos aren't working, either. I also tried deleting
the app and re-downloading it a couple times, to no avail. I hoped maybe it'd fix itself after a couple days, but it's been a couple weeks now and it's rather frustrating. Whenever I try to play a video, I'm logged out of Xbox Live and the app gives me a connection
error. Nothing else kicks me off.

I hope someone gets back to this soon.

It appears that Amazon does have an app for the Xbox 360 according to the FAQs regarding this question.

Install the Amazon Instant Video app

From Xbox Home, go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
Browse or search for Amazon.
Select Amazon to download the app. Once downloaded, the Amazon Instant Video app automatically starts.

To start Amazon Instant Video later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select Amazon.

Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.
