Amazon Instant Video won't play in HD

The Amazon Instant Video app used to play great on my Xbox 360, HD all the time. Now it never gets past the three bars. I know its not my internet because even after getting a new modem with nearly twice the speed it still won't play in HD. I tried deleting
and re-installing it once, but still not playing in HD. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution? Thanks in advance.

Amazon Instant Video won't download

Hey y'all, I was wondering if some of you might be able to help me out. So, whenever I try to download the Amazon Instant Video app, it stops loading at 79% and cancels, then tells me the app can't be downloaded. This happens everytime! I've tried deleting
the app and downloading it again but it was the same thing again. Do any of you know what I could do to make it work? Thanks!!!

 

Lag in multiplayer games.

As the help page I mentioned says that streaming video requires the same latency as online gaming, I will add that streaming in HD from Netflix and Amazon instant video works perfectly.

 

It may still be the internet. Just because a modem provides twice the speed does not mean that you'll be getting twice the speed from your internet.

Please run a connection test at
http://www.speedtest.net/ and post back the Up/Down results. If you are not getting what you believe to be getting you may have to contact your internet service provider.

 

My result was 39/5, my internet plan is 50/5. I don't get why it was playing in HD before and then just stopped one day.
