Amazon Instant Video Never Saves Correct Place

Amazon Instant Video never saves the correct place in the movie or tv show I'm watching. When I finish a show, it shows it as unwatched. Any solutions to this? It used to work until a couple of updates ago.

Anyone else had a issue with Amazon and Media Player preview on XB1

I have Amazon Instant Video and this has never happened to me.

Sorry to hear about the app issues. Just to make sure that we are not missing any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console powers off, wait 5 minutes.
  
• Power on your console and try loading a video on the Amazon app.
  

If you are still experiencing the issue after you power cycle your console, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Amazon Instant Video app.
