Amazon Instant Video Error

Every time I try to play something on Amazon Instant Video on my Xbox One I get the error MP1065. Any ideas what that is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Just watch a trailer and after that it should work. It fixed it for me

 

I'm getting the same MP1065 error and I get the same error when I try to watch a trailer per the previous poster.

 

After you get the error find a Movie , pick it and on the bottom right click or select 'Watch Trailer' , you may have to try 4-5 or more before it works. Vincent on Live Chat helped me with it and it took a minute and finally found one that works after a
few try's... But, stay with it, After the trailer plays completely, find the show or movie you were wanting to watch Iin minutes... Happy watching on Xbox 1

 

I had to uninstall/reinstall the app and that seemed to work. I'll keep the trailer thing in mind if it starts doing it again. Thanks!

Yes, I agree with BrnzDragonRider, thank you Internet! I guess that's why these forums exist. The watching trailers suggestion worked for me after 4 tries. On the third try i just got a black screen but I backed out by pressing the "B" button and then loading
another trailer.

 

The trailer fix worked for me! Thanks guys and gals!
