Amazon Instant Video Down

Instant video isn't working. I tried rebooting the 360, just to make sure everything was working OK, but it still isn't working. It is giving the error message:

"Sorry, Amazon Instant Video isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information go to
www.xbox.com/status.

Error code: MP1032"

The status page states that Amazon is up and running. There isn't any additional information for that error code. I tried several different videos, so it seems to be systemwide.

Amazon Prime Video App not working

Amazon instant video

Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.

I have been doing some digging about and found that most people are having this issue with Amazon Video. However I have some troubleshooting steps for you to try. Hoping that it will fix some of the issue you are having with your application.

The first thing I would like you to try is, deleting the application from your console and re downloading it.

You can do this by:

1. Going to your Xbox 360

2. Signing into your account

3. Scrolling right to the 'Settings' Page

4. Clicking onto System Settings

5. Clicking onto Memory/Storage

6. Selecting the storage device in which you have the App downloaded on

7. Pressing Y

8. Select delete

If that does not work, then you can try Clearing System Coach. This may also help with the problem. To learn how to clear system Coach, please look at this link bellow

Working now. Not sure if something on Amazon's end did the trick or deleting and reinstalling did it. Wasn't able to locate anything called a "system cache." There was a content cache, but no system cache. Had tried reinstalling the app without first deleting,
but that didn't fix it. Perhaps deleting and then reinstalling was the secret.

I have this exact same problem but on the Xbox One. Re-installing the App did not help. What do I do?
