AMAZON Instant Video - Authenticating....................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ...

Was working fine - now tries 'authenticating' as I log in and the wheel spins forever - no error message and no progression

Have deleted and reinstalled the app - no change?

What to do?

Amazon instant video stays on authenticating page

As the title reads, I sign into xbox live and go to amazon instant video and the wheels on the bus go round and round and it simply reads "authenticating" I have removed the apps, cleared my caches, reformatted my drive.. downloaded my profile... reinstalled
the app and the same thing keeps happening.

It was working fine yesterday.. but today is a different story and if any one has a fix for this would be well appreciated as Vikings 3 started yesterday

mine is the same, uninstalled and re installed 3 times still not getting pass the authentication page.

 

i got into it by going to the advert for bosch then selecting the "watch the first episode free " hope it works for you.

I am having the same issue, also started on 20 Feb.

 

I'm getting the same issue too. Just sits there 'authenticating'. I've left it for over 10 minutes with no change.

I've sent an email to Amazon. Let's see if I get anything back.

 

I've had the same issue since last night. tried the Amazon ad, but it just resulted in the same endless authenticating.

 

Ive got the same problem. done the normal uninstall and reinstall stuff. but still same.

 

Just checked it now and its working again. Straight through the authentication.
