Looks good until you realise there's no Kinect.

 

Kinect is not needed if you just want to game...

 

That's a great price, and as it does not have Kinect with it you don't have to feel bad about paying extra for something that will be left sitting in the box,.

 

You can play lots of stuff without Kinect but you're getting an incomplete experience.

In some ways there's a plus to this.

If you don't know what you're missing, then you're not really going to miss it but most people who have the Kinect will tell you that they couldn't go to being without it.

You might have some people who boxed their Kinect for one reason or another but these people are in the minority.

 

What features would you nopt be able to live without Az?

 

I have kinect plugged in and I use it for xbox record that and I can do that by pressing a button now and the odd camera for when I stream on twitch. I could live without it but just can't be bothered to unplug it.

It's good deal. Have you looked on game lately? My friend bought a bundle on there, he said was good value. I can't remeber what it was off the top of my head tho.

I did buy from a store, will not buy a console online again after the problem with my ps4 controller

 

Voice Commands, game recording, voice and gesture navigation and making you feel like you're IN the game in "Alien: Isolation" are the biggest ones for me.

Also you make an EXCELLENT point.

Find a deal from a physical store that will still be there if you have any trouble 6 months down the road.

It will pay for itself in spades when you go to the drawer where you keep receipts for expensive electronics purchases, fish out your XBox ONE receipt, and have the faulty product, be it Headset or Console itself immediately replaced if there's any trouble.

 

I am considering getting the kinect, mostly cos the UI on x1 is so fiddly.

Just cant justify the price atm.

 

Alien simply would not have been the same game without Kinect. Anyone who plays it without is not getting the same experience.

 

Is that where if u make a noise the alien chases you?
