Amazon Crashing Xbox xS

It is highly unlikely since games and even other apps should push your console more and you say it is only happening to this app.

Let´s try a Full Power Cycle

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

After that, test the App again

To an extent I understand, but the more disturbing issue for me isn’t around the game crashing but more that the game, purchased from Microsoft’s own digital store, crashing has caused currently unfixable errors to Xbox Xs and no game developer patch will
solve that. At present, Microsofts customer line is that they are willing to repair consoles but only under warranty and they should seriously do something about this position.

I'm getting this in fh5 and cod cold War. It's worse in cod. Also at the same time as this I get reconnect your controller.

I must admit, after these being out for over a year to still have such bugs is a bit poor.
