Amazon app stopped xbox working

Discus and support Amazon app stopped xbox working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have just downloaded the amazon app onto my xbox one however it has shut us out of the machine although the light is still on.     Amazon app stopped xbox working


    I have just downloaded the amazon app onto my xbox one however it has shut us out of the machine although the light is still on. Does anyone know why and what I can do to get it working? Any guidance is really appreciated

    I'm having some issues to update Netflix app, it didn't open the app.

    Amazon instant movie didn't install on xbox one show that has be stopped the process.

    I need some advices.

    Try turning the console iff, unplug it from outlet for 15 seconds and plug it back in. If the app does thatbstill, uninstall it and reinstall.

    Amazon stopped supporting its app on Xbox 360 and removed the app from the store. It is no longer possible to download the app to the console.

    The thing is, that the Amazon App is developed by Amazon themselves. Microsoft only offers the store to download the Amazon App from.

    If other video streaming works on your Xbox (e.g. Netflix or whatever other streaming services you might have), and it's related to the Amazon app, you would have to contact Amazon support for that.
