Amazon App Not Showing Up in OneGuide

My Amazon app has vanished. It is not showing up as available to download either from the onegude app list. Is there a way to find it?

Amazon Instant not showing up for download

I have a gold membership and an Amazon Prime account, but when I go into the store on my Xbox One, and search the app section, the Amazon Instant app is not showing up. I also search the whole store and it is also not showing up at all.

Is the app no longer available? Is it just something wrong with my system?

Xbox One Brazil Now App

I have my oneguide set to hide duplicate SD channels but every time I choose to watch a match from the app it tunes the SD channel. The channels it's tuning to are not even showing in oneguide since they are hidden.

To clarify, are you referring to the Amazon Video app?

You'd want to check in the
Ready to Install section on the console to re-download the app and then you'll be able to launch the game from the Apps section of

My Games and Apps.

Let us know if you were able to install and use the app!

Netflix does show up under the popular apps on the apps home page. Amazon Prime and HBO Go are still not showing up in search, popular apps, all apps, or new apps.

I restored my box to factory defaults and my OneGuide still shows old TWC line up for Goldsboro. Example, TV Japan moved to 1500 but OneGuide shows ESPN at 1500.

Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.
