    Amazon ads makes MS Jisgsaw 1.4.1612.503 sluggish the way you even cannot move the mouse...



    If Amazon services and products are working that way then you're better to stay away...

    Great ads Amazon!!! You just destroy your image, products and services... what a fantastic result! I even do not believe MS was looking for such a result: ads images moving
    better than mouse !!!

    Had problem with ads rendering MS Jigsaw unusable. Upgraded to premium.

    paid to upgrade to premium of MS jigsaw because otherwise couldn't tolerate ads rendering system unusable. Now I still get the ads despite having paid to eliminate. Jigsaw unusable despite having paid to upgrade. Seems to reflect on Microsoft in general.
    Reluctant to deal with MS; may switch completely to Apple products if not resolved

    What does it take for Microsoft to fix "JIGSAW" unless it is their intent to frustrate and infuriate

    I really doubt that anyone working for MS or any contractual 3rd party employee even reads these posts or cares! MS is undoubtedly trying to coerce players into opting for the paid version free of ads. That is the only reason they would allow the piss-poor
    functionality of late. CPU goes to near saturation while MS Jigsaw is waiting to load ads!

    I would not be put it past MS if these rumours turn out to be true, look at the dumb decisions MS have made over the last few years, Kinect, a slow sluggish Ad infested Windows 8 dashboard, More Apps, Less games.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Hi, all :).

    Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

    Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

    Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

    Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now :).

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
