    Hello,

    I just purchased a 3 month digital xbox live code from amazon.com, and when I went to enter it on my console I got a message saying "Something went wrong. Try to redeem the code again in a few minutes". So I waited 5 minutes and entered it on your websites
    redeem code page, and I got this error message: "XBOS-3020 0909a72e-d61f-4d35-a731-94ab2c265cbc". I would appreciate some assistance in solving this issue. Thank you!

    Same issue. Bought through Amazon digital code. Played for 3 weeks and then received the error and still today after the update. They updated a perfectly good game and broke it. Come on.

    For the console only options to renew subscription is a monthly or yearly rolling subscriptions, however codes are available on third party retailers for 3 and 6 months subscriptions. This would be your only way to get 3 months, amazon and other etc offer them
    widely and are digital so will receive a code by email within hours of purchase.
