Amazing XBOX Support!

I bought an xbox 360 last thanksgiving! And it stopped working even before I could use it for one complete year (thankfully was still under warranty). I wasted many hours/days to fix it based on error codes but nothing worked. I had to ship it to XBOX service
station and once they fixed it ,they sent me an email with a tracking number and said track it in few days on courier's website. It's been 6 days since it went out of their door but it has not yet reached the courier service's store. I wonder what mode of
transportation XBOX Support center is using to send it to courier service store or is this store on another planet? Forgive me for my sarcasm but its been an annoying and frustrating last 1 month. I think I am done with Microsoft products.

I was speaking to a member of Xbox support, there name was Ken, He helped me out with my problem which I was confused about. I know its there job but Xbox support are so helpful and amazing. there should be a rating bar after you speak to them! -Thanks Xbox

huh? was it a slim? I've had mine since they came out and it's had no issues at all.

 

It takes time sadly. For each of the repairs I had to get on my original 360 it took about a month or two to get my console back. Just be patient, they'll reimburse you with a 1 month card I'm sure. It happens though, just have to have patience.

 

ArvTheKiller, when and xbox 360 is shipped out. The one who's delivering the package to you... It would be their fault.

You people do know they just send out another pre used xbox back to you. Not the one that you bought...

BizarroMantis, I had my original xbox 360 stopped working. Well not really stop working. The connector back of the xbox to connect to the tv wasn't working... They just don't make them like they use to.
