Amazing Chat Support. By a Manager

Amazing Chat Support, just goes to show all they ever want is more money. Pure greed on there behalf.

They support unfair players who have multiple accounts they can report people on.

I got reported 6times by one person all because he sucks at an 18+ game (GTA5)

Seventeen consoles! Jesus. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I was told on support chat they didn't have a feedback page... amazing 'support'.

 

They took my money without permission, and LIED about it

also when I had a problem with support on chat you would have to call a supervisor my self--they cant just move the chat to a manager. annoying I agree

 

Xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with support so they can't help you.

They should of told you to go to the enforcement site
here for info on any enforcement action & to file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

The age rating on a game does not apply to the online part or xbox live which it does tell you in every game that has online multiplayer.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone no matter what game you are playing.

An age rating only covers single player & means someone under that age can't buy the game,it doesn't mean they can not play it.

You have no way of knowing who reports you & how many times.In fact someone can report you 10 times,it will still only count as 1 report though & anyone abusing the reporting feature risks being suspended themselves.

 

Clearly if they have several accounts they can report you several times as that's what I recently found out. Some guy reported me in excess of 6times all on different accounts which is stupid all because he had his " skill " defamed lol.

There chat support was the place that said for me to post it here. How convenient.
