    Credits for the VIP offer should show as pending about 96 hours after the offer ends.

    Support will check into your preorders, but keep in mind that currently the only offer to receive credits is the games on demand punchcard. You need 3 eligible preorders and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    How will I know I’m a winner, and when will I get my prize?

    If the roulette ball stops on the color you placed your bet on and the game tells you that you have won a prize, you'll receive notification via email. Digital prizes will be emailed to the email you provided during registration. If you’ve won a physical
    prize, your prize will be shipped to the address provided during registration. All prizes should arrive within eight to ten weeks of the date the contest concludes.
    If you win 50,000 Rewards Credits (ARV: $50), they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since it is not within 96 hours of the offer end date, it is too early to see those Credits.

    Regarding pre-orders, those purchases are not eligible for MyVIP, as specified in the FAQ. Certain pre-orders qualify for the Games on Demand offer, like your Destiny 2 purchase. That offer requires three eligible purchases to complete.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your British Rewards Account region and your Irish Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will
    not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
