Am not able to play half of my free games with gold!!

About three or so days ago, i went on to play Thief (was last months free game i think) and it came up with "do you own this game on disk or want to buy it) but i got it last month and i still have gold! I tried some other games, like Hand Of Fate (Aslo
last months game) and that also wouldn't work! my Assassins creed: Black flag wont work. I tried a few other games but the same thing kept happening, then i tried Tomb Raider and it works! so i dont know whats going on! Can any body help! Thank you

Gold not working on Xbox One

I have a current Gold account, I just verified it is paid through February 2019. When I check subscriptions in my account on the console it says the same, that my account is paid through February 2019. I have not been able to play on xbox live for about
a week and a half. When I try to use any live features, it directs me to the page where I can buy a gold account. The only feature I have been able to get to work is to download new free games with gold, but I can't play them on live if needed.

I am having the same problem... Able to get the free games with Xbox Gold, but not play online.

 

Try logging out of your profile and logging back in to see if that will help. Let us know. Good Luck!

If you go to Xbox One Games | Xbox and sign in does it say "already purchased" or show you a price?

 

Most of the games have pricing!
