You can take 2 types of guests online , i thought.

1- An account that you created on your xbox wich has to be gold for online play even as a guest.

2-or just the guest account that you should be able to select (the bottom one). should be called just guest.

with that acount you can always play as guest if the game provides guest play online.

a reusable passcode that allows guests to use your console without requiring you to be signed in.

When trying to play local multiplayer for Joy Ride Turbo, do you have to sign in the guest from within the game in the Xbox 360 emulator? Or did you create a guest account on the Xbox One and the created guest account is not signing in?

I suggest trying to create a guest account through the Xbox One system and see if it let's you use that guest account:

If this second player plays with you a lot or if the guest account still does not work, then I recommend just creating another Microsoft Account and then add it to the Xbox to create an Xbox profile for it. It doesn't cost anything at all to create a Microsoft
Account and there are many benefits to having one for the second player so they can easily sign in along with your own account.

I'm afraid that will not be possible. If there is only one person signed in to the console, the guest account has the same privacy settings as the host.

If there are multiple household members signed in, the guest account has the same privacy and online safety settings as the family member with the most restrictive settings. For example, if a child is signed in, the guest is restricted by the child's settings.

Also, as soon as either the host or the guest signs out, the guest account is removed from the console. If your guest anticipates playing on this console in the future, we recommend that they create a Microsoft account and Gamertag on the console. The world that he created may be removed as well. A forgotten guest key can be reset by any adult, as long as that person knows their Microsoft account password and is signed in on the console.

1. Follow the steps to remove a guest key.
   
2. When you’re prompted to enter the guest key, enter an incorrect key three times, and then enter your Microsoft account password to remove the guest key.
   
3. If you want to create a new guest key, select Create a guest key and follow the steps.
   

In your case, since you deleted your Microsoft account, I would recommend creating a new one as that would be the only option!
