Guess what happened to me? BF4 needed to update, which I did mad now it just says your game is installing please play campaign when your done. Which the game was DL, Updated, and now does nothing and it's the 1 and ONLY GAME I play! So as we are keeping
track, my Kinect actually gain better tracking and lost all voice functionality, my Blu rays don't play anymore, and now the one and only game I play doesn't play. Well I guess I should just quit complaining and chalk it up to being one of the lucky ones who
got it first and wait for them to work more bugs into, wait wait, I mean out of my system. It's like every f-ing day it's something new

Well uninstalled the naval strike portion and as long as I don't play any do the add on I paid for you can play. Feels like a DICE f up again

Sorry Ben but because it's "NEW", it doesn't mean there should be issues. If my company put our New Technology out that has as many flaws as the XBone then I'm afraid to say we wouldn't be in business very long. you see the difference is, we fully TEST our
products, it's called Quality Control. We don't rush release them just to get ahead. Like MS did to get the jump on Sony. Last year the 360 was the biggest selling console, so why didn't MS just carry on and develop and test the XBone to its fullest potential.
Then on a realistic release date they would have had a console that made the gamers happy and possibly a bigger game line up. Happy gamers = sales.

As a result of their actions we have a console that has many problems, so with the result that gamers are jumping ship and going over to the PS4. I know many of my friends are, the same people that would NEVER have a PS previously. Only when MS release the
new version of the XBone will the problems be solved. However that leaves a lot of Beta testers (and that's exactly what you are), very unhappy. I'm afraid this will rumble on for a very long time to come, well into 2015.

As much as I don't want to agree with him he is right about getting to market ready or not, they have to do it or not even be relevant. It's a race to build the next great thing and to MS credit they have tried to go beyond just gaming and make something
really cool in concept at least. Sony rushed too which is why they are having so many issues as well. With that being said it's still not ok to sell a product that simply doesn't work. It's not like only a few people got stuck with a lemon. It's everyone.
To stay relevant they sold a prototype with plans to fix them as they go. Which is also not working. I don't feel that I should have to send you mine for you to tweak/ repair when it's brand new.. If mines broke then you should except mine as a return and
give me a new one that's been tested and guaranteed to work. If you can give me the new one I bought repaired that's as good as new then you can give me a new one , sell my POS as a new one to someone else

In a perfect world I suppose. The flip side of it is, nobody made us buy it. I knew what I was getting into when I bought mine, I knew there were going to be issues, and to date, still not as bad as my launch version of the PS2, but to be fair I don't
think anything will ever be that bad. I guess that's why I don't let it get to me. We wanted a new system, Sony forced everyone's hand, and now we're in this boat together. I don't really disagree with you guys on any level, I really wish it was a perfect
world and everything poops rainbows and ice cream, but it's not. We made a choice to jump to the era of gaming, we have made our investment, and all we can do at this point is make the best of it. Complaining does't accomplish anything.

At this point it's not complaining. It's really just venting out of disappointment and frustration. Instead of fixing this thing they're off digging up E.T. cartridges and announcing original programming. How about fixing this first before you flaunt in
our faces all the cool things you're doing. Put out press releases about working to get everything to where it should be.

There is damage control and there is marketing. And the truth of the matter is, not everyone is having issues with the system. We are, and many many others are, but no where close to full blown press release/recall levels, which is the only reason they'd
make a press release for something negative.

And lets play fair UC, MS isn't the one out there digging up Atari carts. And it is a system that's going to be around for a while. To that end they need to keep marketing it. Hundreds of thousands of people work for MS, I assure you they can work on
improving the system at the same time they are highlighting the future of it. Not to mention there's the matter of a certain conference around the corner...

What good is innovation if what they're trying to be innovative with just doesn't work right? All Xbox gamers bear the 360 scars. There's no question of that. I'm all for innovation, but when you strip away the core functionality and replace it with apps
that still do not work right 6 months into the system's life cycle, what good is it? How about taking the very successfull formula and building upon on?

What Sony did was basically steal the way the Xbox 360 worked, put some monster sized tech into it, added a few bells and whistles and delivered a gaming console. I can put a game in, play instantly, hook up with friends, and everything works.

I cannot say the same for the Xbox. I mean come on, they can't even get chat right! It's like the ps3 All over again. The bottom line is one day the system will work right and truth be told it has the potential to blow away the PlayStation 4, but the OS,
or should I say the 3 different OS's that the Xbox One has running are an absolute and total mess.

Who cares about original series? Who cares about digging up E.T. Cartridges? Use that time to fix the thing or at the very least answer to us, the consumers, who have been faithful and supported their brand for the last 10 years.

Well I cleaned the *** out of an already clean disc I mean shining disc with no fingerprints nothing. Now at a blinding mirror finish I got it his Blu ray to play for the second time since I bought it a month ago for my toddlers. It plays regular dvd's,
and games no problem but everything has to be absolutely perfect to play a Blu ray? Wtf is that and it never did it before this last update. When I put the disc in I knew it was going to work because I heard the unsettling click whirl that sounds like it's
eating it. My kinect was already performed horribly but at least the voice commands sort of worked if you talked to it 3 times . I still can't see the hands even though it somewhat works during the tutorial. What a worthless attachment. It's supposed to be
an improvement but it's works worse than the original, which worked decently.

Xbox this has been the biggest let down of all time. I'm so disappointed with my purchase. I'm gonna call them and see about a repair. It performs so poorly that mine has to be faulty.

Once again they are promising a huge E3 with the new CEO (what happened to the last guy?) no hype this time. Once again I am praying to be saved , but this time around I have little to zero confidence in them.
