Am I the only one not impressed with this update?

so, they actually did something right, they gave us more money just for playing together? sound good, but ill believe it when I see it.

ill be playing tonight, hopefully I can play with you bad, otherwise ill be playing with randoms and low rankers.

 

Its all based off of how long YOU take to do them. So because you aren't slow and don't take forever you get paid less. I AM happy to see that Rooftop Rumble isn't the only mission people play anymore.

What I don't like is that a long/hard mission (on hard so x1.5) with a full lobby (+30%) should be paying 20k+ easily. But if you get it done quickly you'll only get 10k-15k.

 

I'm sorry to say this but SA flight school sucks other than that I dig the new update, because it doesn't take forever to get back to the freeroam

 

I just like that they added new stuff, but I stopped playing Grand Theft Auto 5 on my 360. I run into so many bugs like falling through the map or the map not loading correctly or fully during a mission. An example of that would be playing Coveted when you
have to snipe all the enemies and when you shoot in their direction, they either disappear, or just absorb the first shot. I'm just awaiting the PS4 version to pick up so all the bigger, better things like heists or the rumored zombies to go live.

 

Its not just the time of the mission. Its also the rank of the mission. I find the 4 maps that require a cargobob from the military vase are the best pay. American Exports, Docks to stocks, Docks to stocks 2 and I cant remember the 4th one.They take at least
20 minutes to complete and are 60 to 75 levels. My crew and would get bored of grinding of Rooftop. So we would run these missions from time to time, the high pay ones that is. So I kinda already knew which ones would pay the best based on time and difficulty.

 

That Coveted bug has been fixed. When they ruined the map the guys dont fade in and out.

 

yo bad, im going to want to do missions tonight before crew night. if you can join me, I will follow your lead. im going to be doing back to back missions with minimum wait time because im super broke right now. cant have that for the next update.

I was playing with somebody from the crew, but we failed the mission because he destroyed one of the cars, next thing you know, all 3 guys are gone, so I invited them back, then the game wouldn't load, then my xbox froze

I agree with you on some points to an extent. I was really looking forward to having a newer and improved version of the Hydra(or at least something similar to it) from GTA: San Andreas included with The GTA Online San Andreas Flight School Update(1.16)
but unfortunately it was never added. I feel like this would have been the perfect opportunity to add it considering an overabundance of peeps from the GTA Online Community requested its implementation in a future game update... plus, the Hydra itself was
found in some leaked coding from some files. Who knows, maybe they'll add another fighter jet similar to the Hydra in a future game updates, perhaps a military themed content addition. In all, I was very disappointed that a new fighter jet wasn't added...
I think the Bersa would have been awesome if it had at least cannons on it, but whatever! The only new aircraft that I think is kinda/sorta cool is that big jet that can hold up to 16 players, but it's really nothing special or exciting.

In regards to clothing for this update, I'm just completely bummed out. The promotional video that was released for the update a day before it was actually live was very misleading. The video showcased some cool things like dog tags, jumpsuits, that cool
commander outfit, abs on male characters and so much more... I felt as if the promotional video was better than the update itself, it definitely had more content! It seems like they took out all the good things about the update that were in the promotional
video.

The new car is okay, but again, nothing special... it doesn't really handle well however I'm sure the classic car collector in GTA Online would love it. As for the payouts and RTR, I actually like that they decreased the payout on RTR and increased the payout
on other not so prominent missions because what Rockstar is doing by this is trying to get players to stop repeatedly playing one particular mission over and over and encourage them to explore their choices and try out new missions that now actually pay a
pretty good amount of GTA$... I do understand how you feel though. But I like how they're trying to make it more diverse for us and have us play different missions and still get payed a pretty penny

Overall, this update wasn't what I expected it to be like... and that's mostly because of the extremely misleading promotional video(that of course was supposed to create hype for the update) but still... but then again, it is free content and I'm grateful
for that!

 

I wasn't impressed with it ether buuuuut that didn't stop me from buying everything in the update.

 

flight school was so dumb, I said screw it, Im sorry but im not a baby who needs my hand held when flying, more insulting then fun in any way.

 

Flight school is really fun so far. I'm really enjoying it. Has anyone tried it yet?

 

Most DLC for this game is not usually taken at face value. Its called flight school. They delivered exactly that. Its something to actually do with planes. Not here is a plane now have fun flying around with no purpose. Rockstar never mentioned the Hydra,
or the Lazer. All the code readers out there said Hydra and Lazer would be included. So Rockstar takes the heat for people reading to much into this and everyone else believes them. So then they are disappointed about the DLC because it didnt have what someone
else said would be there. It would have been neat to have at least one Jet have rockets but that isnt a make it or break it situation for this DLC. Take what you got, be happy about something new, and quit wanting it to be something that its not. My advice,
take these youtube videos and code readers information with a grain of salt. Its obvious that they dont know what they are talking about anyway. Why let them get your hopes up? 95% of them are the ones that mod and glitch the game and force us to wait even
longer for more content.

 

I just feel stupid flying through their rings or check points, as if they couldn't of made it any easier for folks to just stumble through and get free stuff. I expected a challenge over follow the dots to easy stuff.
