am I the oldest on xbox

I''m thereabouts too. Sure I heard 34 was average age for gamers. Kids can't afford games now and with the move to digital that will mean less 2nd hand copies.

I did the same thing no need to trade one in, once scorpio arrives, I will move the Xbox One in my oldest sons room.

 

33 here. Been gaming since forever really ( can't actually remember not gaming ). First was the classic wooden Atari and an Acorn Electron and from their it went. I will always game . My dad is 65 and regularly plays on his 360 and ps3. I've not persuaded
him onto the xbox one yet but im working on it

 

We have a fair few members on OldGamerz who are in their 50's and one or two who are even older..

 

I am 42. I have been gaming for as long as I can remember. My gamerscore is super low right now as I had to create a new account.

 

I'm 38 in a couple of weeks. My first computer was the ZX81!! Had nearly all the systems and hand helds at some point.

Glad some of the rusty old codgers on here make me feel young!! Lol

My wife is 41 and still loves Tomb Raider.

 

Turned 40 this year, still love my gaming even though my reflexes can't keep up with the youngsters nowadays

I wish people would just be honest

 

40 years young here (41 next month). I've been gaming since the days of the Atari 2600. I now game on 1st gen Xbox, 360, Xbox One, PS2, PS3, and PS4. Doubt I'll ever grow old of gaming, if I'm honest [tag:BigKid]

 

A young 42, and would like to think I can hold my own online against these young whipper snappers.

I have friends who are older and still play.

Been an avid gamer since my younger days, having played and owned most consoles and even the old 1 game machines ie. Scramble, the enjoyment I had from that.

 

38 here, and a few friends of mine are over 40, one is 44 and the other 42, so your not alone.

 

45. Still have my old Atari. No red rings in 1980 so it still works. Pop in a cart, switch on and play - none of this 3min boot up followed by 2hrs of updates before you can play!..... When I were a lad..... Mutter Mutter....

 

Seriously i had no idea some of you were as old as you are! I am pleaseantly surprised.
