    I have made several purchases while rewards is under construction. Am I still increasing my rank and depositing points during this time?

    February star for £60 spent

    hi when i looked at my rewards in February it said because i came so close if i spend £60 more i February i will get to the next star rank so i ended up spending probably £100 more in February to make sure i got it. Looked on the 1st of March and it said
    please check back on the 7th your star rank is under construction, so i waited and looked and its gone back to what its always been and hasn't given me the next star rank.

    Did February promotion to get my first star. My star rank was under construction till today, but I was not given my star.

    Only VIP ranks are under construction while they are reset. Everything else will work the same.

    The construction is us preparing for the MyVIP reset. We are still Rewarding purchases during this time. Purchases made after December will go towards your post-calibration progress, and will award payback, if you are eligible after the re-calibration of

    Wrong!!! its Still 120K They attempted to raise it but failed. All they managed to do is increase if from 120k to something when the message comes up. They haven't increased it at all i Hit it almost every day its annoying. Also its 60k still for the lower
    ranks and 120k for the higher ranks. Been like this sense the beginning.

    So they would be scheduled for deposit at the end of the month since you got them after the 1st.

    There was also no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month was scheduled for the 9th.
    That scheduled for the 9th did not work I had 250 points when I click we on early deposit but still not deposit now I have to wait until 31st for the points part of me is glad rewards are going it's been down since you started wiping out VIP ranks, now it
    gets replaced with rubbish ms rewards which most rewards are not for xbox gamers

    Are you sure those are Xbox Rewards credits? It's not possible to have an odd amount like that. Anyway, credits are scheduled for deposit when you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you have over 1,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section
    of the site and they would be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
    Yes I'm sure its in the My rewards page under pending credits. And there is no option to request for a deposit.
