    Am I gonna get banned or not for doing this.


    Am I gonna get banned forever for addressing the fact someone said the hard r and getting reported for it and/or getting reported by 6 people for the same reason? I was in an Xbox party when these people were straight racist but then would deny it 2 minutes later. And when I addressed they said the n word in a text message they said they took a picture and emailed it to Microsoft and said I'm getting banned. Am I really gonna get banned? If so, will it be permanent or temporary?

    If you said the word, then you can get a suspension for it. Whether or not it would be temporary or permanent would be up to the enforcement team. Typically it would be temporary unless you have a history of suspensions. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block.

    I have gotten banned a couple of times before but my strikes reset.

    Do old bans still affect that?

    Its the thought that the person reading the email with the hard r picture, makes me think that they will probably want to do something.

    So im not sure though.

    No, that Profile is not part of the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team. You should File a Complaint if they sent you a Message stating they were a MS Employee. The real XBL PET will Perna-Ban a Profile for someone who claims they
    are part of Enforcement when they are not.

    All Xbox LIVE Employee's Profiles will have a Watermark designating them as an Employee. Just a fyi, "naming and shaming" or "calling out" is not allowed on the Forums.
