    I was playing cod mw3 and killed someone and it gave me max level im guessing it was a hacker lobby am i gonna get banned now because of the dumb hackers?

    Hi, I'm a Xbox ambassador, not an employee for Xbox or microsoft.

    From my experience you won't get banned, as for games like call of duty you would need to be banned by activision, the publisher for call of duty. I can't see them banning you as this happened to a lot of people. Hope this answers you question.

    No, that Profile is not part of the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team. You should File a Complaint if they sent you a Message stating they were a MS Employee. The real XBL PET will Perna-Ban a Profile for someone who claims they
    are part of Enforcement when they are not.

    All Xbox LIVE Employee's Profiles will have a Watermark designating them as an Employee. Just a fyi, "naming and shaming" or "calling out" is not allowed on the Forums.
