Am I communication banned/blocked?

if so, why? I've just come online today and found out that apparently I cannot send messages, nor can I speak in chat, I know I've sent a couple of different messages to other people, but wouldn't you if someone had threatened you in a message? Either way,
if this is the case, how long am I communication banned for? As it doesn't tell me how long, nor was I notified that I was banned.

I am communication banned.

Every report is investigated by the XBLPET before an enforcement act is issued.

My account was banned for life.

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

Hey mate,

I'd never reply to those things, simply report them and then delete the message. If you send one back, they can then report you and you can end up with the ban

Unfortunately we can't tell you anything here, but the PET team will be able to. Just head to the link below, and make a post and they will be able to let you know the details of the ban. Usually first offences are only 24 hrs, but it can depend on the severity
of the issue

You need to report the person via your console.It's the only way to report someone.

The enforcement team won't accept any recordings etc. you have.They'll have everything they need once the person has been reported.

Just remember that any report has to be investigated so if action is needed it wont be instant,it could take several weeks.

I also recommend blocking this person after reporting them

yeah i did a million times and idk why he was able to message me yesterday and start a fight. im not kidding when i say hes been terrorizing me and my friends for years. he makes new accounts regularly..

You will have to contact enforcement.xbox.com there is nothing the forums can do to assist you other than sending you there.
