    Hello fellow xBox Gamers.

    I would like to discuss my recent problem and would like to know if you have had anything like this happen to you before?

    Basically i bought my xBox One Brand new from the store. Everything was working fine for about 2 month, then it crashed and kept crashing whenever i tried to turn on the xBox.

    I thought maybe i should look inside to see if i can see anything but i saw the warranty seal so i stopped instantly.

    I then opened a service request as my device was still under warranty and i hadn't broke the seal or anything, Printed the label, packed it and sent it.

    One week later i had my xBox back with the seal removed with note saying

    "

    Dear xBox Customer. We're sorry to inform you that during our inspection of your Xbox Product, it was identified that it had been opened, modified, or tampered with, and/or its serial number was altered or removed. Because of this, your device is excluded
    from warranty coverage and repair under the terms of the Limited Warranty you accepted when you purchased and used your Xbox Product. As a result, Microsoft will not provide you with repair or replacement service for Your device. "

    I was shocked because i know for a fact the xBox had never been opened and the seal was in tact when i had sent it.

    Speaking with xBox live chat I've been told that the can't do anything because it has been deemed as tampered.

    Does anyone have any advice on this?

    I feel like i have been *** over by Microsoft and I've lost out because of there faulty manufacturing.

  2. I'm at a complete loss.

    I redeemed the fall out 3 code using my pc, and it was successful. I've read many suggestions to what can be done, and I have gone to games/apps and scrolled to right to the ready to install area, but it isn't there, only the xbox store app. I've even waited
    a long period of time for it to show, still nothing. Just to try it, I reentered the code on the xbox one, but it was already in use. Hope you can help Thank you

    Hello,

    Are you absolutely certain you redeemed it while signed into the same Microsoft Account that is associated with your Xbox profile? If not, that could be the cause.

    Could you also check here?
    account.xbox.com/MyGames
    This is your complete game library, so look under Xbox 360 for Fallout 3; if it's not there, it's likely you accidentally redeemed the code on another account.

    If you still cannot see it but believe you redeemed it on the correct account, get in touch with Phone Support and they should be able to check your redemption history:

    This to me just seems off i am sorry but it does, especially considering the xbox was only a couple of months old? i would never dream of opening something so new if it had developed a fault!

    Infact with it only being a couple of months old why didn't you just return it to the place of purchase for a replacement?

    I know this isn't much help but i honestly can't see anything that can be done unless you have proof the seal was infact intact when you sent it to MS!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with data in Solitaire Collection! I'm a little confused with what you are referencing, though. Are you able to let me know what data had been lost and for what part of the game? Is this an issue with the statistic tracking or
    achievement tracking?
