am i able to get my worlds back?

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you want to recover your world from pocket edition back to your PC as it was gone when you login to external or pocket edition. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist you.

We have suggested steps on how to back up or transfer it back to your PC/ Laptop.

FX File Explorer is a good file explorer to use. Close Minecraft Pocket Edition if it’s open.

• To begin, open the file explorer.
  
• /sdcard/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds is the location.
  
• Choose the world you want to backup or move.
  
• It should be compressed/archived.
  
• Place the zipped file in your download's directory.
  
• Connect your gadget to the computer.

my worlds arent in my files i think its because i deleted then reinstalled minecraft but my worlds arent in my files it just says empty even though i have them in minecraft

To continue helping you out your problem Let's try to do this.

If you accidentally deleted a game off your hard drive, you'll either have to reinstall it from disc, or re-download it from Xbox Live.

If the game is digital, you should find it in your "Ready to install" list, but if not, just go to the Store page for it and there'll be an "Install" button there.

Other way is.

1. You need to press the right mouse button on an empty area of the folder.
   
2. Now click on Properties.
   
3. Then select the “Previous Versions” tab.
   
4. This will give you a list of all the deleted Minecraft worlds that have been deleted.
   
5. Choose any of the folders that you wish to restore and tap the Restore Option.
   
6. This will recover your deleted Minecraft world.
